Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1955); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the said Act, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
