GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of an institution by managers of an institution under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall furnish Form B to the Charity Commissioner within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall make an application in Form B to the Charity Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of an institution is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
