GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The hearing of appeals by appellate authorities under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Public Information Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every appellate authority carrying on the hearing of appeals shall furnish Form C to the Central Information Commission within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every appellate authority carrying on the hearing of appeals shall make an application in Form C to the Central Information Commission within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hearing of appeals is undertaken, and the Central Information Commission shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
