In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Holdings (Ceiling) Act, 1960 (24 of 1960), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Tahsildar.
