GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a real estate agent by real estate agents under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall furnish Form C to the Appellate Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application in Form C to the Appellate Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a real estate agent is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Karnataka.
