GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The purchase of an apartment by allottees under the Karnataka Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall furnish Form C to the Authority within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall make an application in Form C to the Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the purchase of an apartment is undertaken, and the Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Karnataka.
