GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The business of a real estate agent by real estate agents under the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall furnish Form C to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application in Form C to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a real estate agent is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra.
