Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Labour Laws (Exemption from Furnishing Returns and Maintaining Registers by certain Establishments) Act, 1988 (51 of 1988); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
