In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (Maharashtra Act 11 of 1946), the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Inspector.
