New Delhi, dated the 9th September, 2013

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 12 to the Tahsildar within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 12 to the Tahsildar within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
