GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a vessel by owners of a vessel under the Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Principal Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a vessel carrying on the operation of a vessel shall furnish Form 3 to the Government of Gujarat within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a vessel carrying on the operation of a vessel shall make an application in Form 3 to the Government of Gujarat within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a vessel is undertaken, and the Government of Gujarat shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Gujarat.
