In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Andhra Pradesh Act 17 of 1968), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Commissioner within the jurisdiction set out against each.
