Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1961); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the said Act, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
