GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Collector within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Collector within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Odisha.
