GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of premises by tenants under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form B to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form B to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
