NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (104 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the officer in charge of a police station.
