In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act, 2010 (38 of 2010), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Electrical Inspector.
