GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a co-operative society by co-operative societies under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall furnish Form A to the Government of Kerala within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Kerala within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a co-operative society is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Kerala.
