Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 1999); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the said Act, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
