ORDER

Subject: The operation of a hazardous installation by owners of a hazardous installation under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall furnish Form B to the State Authority within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application in Form B to the State Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a hazardous installation is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
