GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a school by schools under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every school carrying on the running of a school shall furnish Form I to the District Magistrate within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application in Form I to the District Magistrate within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a school is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
