GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The development of a real estate project by promoters under the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall furnish Form B to the Appellate Tribunal within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall make an application in Form B to the Appellate Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of a real estate project is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Maharashtra.
