GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a co-operative society by co-operative societies under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall furnish Form A to the Board within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application in Form A to the Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a co-operative society is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
