S.O. 1287(E).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Labour Laws (Exemption from Furnishing Returns and Maintaining Registers by certain Establishments) Act, 1988 (51 of 1988), the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Labour Court within the jurisdiction set out against each.
