GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a creche by creches under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall furnish Form III to the District Magistrate within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall make an application in Form III to the District Magistrate within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a creche is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
