Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
