GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The winding up of a company by liquidators under the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of Companies, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every liquidator carrying on the winding up of a company shall furnish Form AOC-4 to the Government of Kerala within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every liquidator carrying on the winding up of a company shall make an application in Form AOC-4 to the Government of Kerala within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the winding up of a company is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Kerala.
