GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The drawing and disbursement of funds by Drawing and Disbursing Officers under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the drawing and disbursement of funds is undertaken, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Gujarat.
