ORDER
Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 8 of 1954), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 1 to the State Government within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 1 to the State Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
