GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of premises by occupiers under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form C to the Corporation within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form C to the Corporation within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Gujarat.
