GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall furnish Form A to the District Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form A to the District Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
