Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Goa, Daman and Diu Mining Concessions (Abolition and Declaration as Mining Leases) Act, 1987 (16 of 1987); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
