Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (37 of 2007); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
