In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Protection Act, 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1955), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Tahsildar within the jurisdiction set out against each.
