Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Partition of Revenue-paying Estates Act, 1863 (19 of 1863); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
