In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Governors (Emoluments, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1982 (43 of 1982), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
