GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The development of land by developers under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form A to the Standing Committee within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form A to the Standing Committee within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Gujarat.
