In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970 (Maharashtra Act 15 of 1970), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Rent Controller within the jurisdiction set out against each.
