GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders... Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the commanding officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall furnish Form B to the Cantonment Board within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form B to the Cantonment Board within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Cantonment Board shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
