In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parel Investments and Trading Private Limited and Domestic Gas Private Limited (Taking over of Management) Repeal Act, 2005 (14 of 2005), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the adjudicating officer.
