Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the said Act, the Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
