Bengaluru, dated the 24th September, 2008

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a coaching centre by coaching centres under the Karnataka Education Act, 1995, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall furnish Form C to the Commission within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall make an application in Form C to the Commission within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a coaching centre is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Karnataka.
