GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The carrying on of a regulated activity by persons carrying on a regulated activity under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a regulated activity carrying on the carrying on of a regulated activity shall furnish Form A to the Appellate Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a regulated activity carrying on the carrying on of a regulated activity shall make an application in Form A to the Appellate Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a regulated activity is undertaken, and the Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Maharashtra.
