In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Act, 1977 (33 of 1977), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
