In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 (Andhra Pradesh Act 15 of 1960), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Authority within the jurisdiction set out against each.
