GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The employment of persons with disabilities by establishments employing persons with disabilities under the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats) Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every establishment employing persons with disabilities carrying on the employment of persons with disabilities shall furnish Form I to the Commission within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every establishment employing persons with disabilities carrying on the employment of persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form I to the Commission within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
