GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a plant by operators of a plant under the Kerala Forest Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Forest Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a plant carrying on the operation of a plant shall furnish Form I to the State Board within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a plant carrying on the operation of a plant shall make an application in Form I to the State Board within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a plant is undertaken, and the State Board shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Kerala.
