GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The occupation of premises by occupiers under the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form A to the Commissioner within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form A to the Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
