Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Foreign Aircraft (Exemption from Taxes and Duties on Fuel and Lubricants) Act, 2002 (36 of 2002); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
