Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Kerala Fire Force Act, 1962 (Kerala Act 20 of 1962); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the said Act, the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
